One of our email addresses is encountering problems with receiving email. The sender gets a message:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
User1@domain.com on 11/01/00 8:14 AM
The originator does not have permission to submit message
dns;Sendingdomain.com failed 5.7.1 smtp;550
5.7.1 Unable to relay for User1@domain.com
ANSWER

The 550 5.7.1 error has to do with the sender not able to relay mail from their server to the recipient. This is a server configuration problem on their end. Please see the Microsoft Knowledge Base article below.
